Q: Where is this shipped from?

We have warehouse's around the world, including Australia - This will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your address/with available stock. 

 

Q: Will this work with my wallet case or other on?

Yes, our PowerBase will charge with the majority of phone cases, including wallet cases. Please make sure that card/metal plates are not blocking the contact between your device and the PowerBase. 

 

 Q: Will this work with my Fitbit?

Our PowerBase will successfully charge wireless enabled devices. The Fitbit has a specific charging base which is not compatible with our PowerBase. We are currently working on a wireless charger that will wirelessly charge your smartphone & Fitbit - Stay Tuned! 

 

 Q: Can I pay with AfterPay or Zip? 

Yes, we now offer After Pay as a payment method for all of our products. Please select this when you checkout. For our Zip lovers, were currently working on integrating this as well in the near future. Hang in there!
